I played a key role in developing a multi-service "super-app" that unifies on-demand home services, food delivery, and e-commerce into a single mobile platform.

The Challenge

Managing complex real-time data streams for tracking and communication while ensuring a secure, failure-proof payment flow within a single, heavy app environment.

My Solution & Implementations

I engineered the end-to-end development (Flutter & Backend API) for the platform's most critical and high-traffic features:

• Live Driver Tracking: Built a real-time tracking system using the Google Maps API. Geolocation data is streamed from the driver's device and broadcasted to the customer instantly via Firebase Realtime Database.
• In-App Chat: Developed an interactive customer-to-driver chat system, leveraging Firebase RTDB to guarantee sub-second message delivery.
• Payment Gateway Integration: Integrated Midtrans for secure transactions. To overcome native SDK limitations, I engineered a custom WebView-based solution that ensured a reliable and seamless checkout experience.

Outcome

Successfully delivered a robust, highly responsive super-app ecosystem with fluid real-time features and a stable payment flow that handles complex user interactions without lag.
